Welcome to JamesRPGArt. By accessing or purchasing from jamesrpgart.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our website.

Products

  • We offer two types of products:

    • Digital downloads (scene packs, individual scenes, and related files).

    • Physical products (canvas prints and other tangible items).

License & Usage (Digital Products)

  • By purchasing a digital product, you are granted a personal-use license only.

  • You may use purchased scenes in your own tabletop role-playing games, home games, and streams.

  • You may not:

    • Resell, redistribute, or share the files.

    • Use the files in commercial products, paid campaigns, or merchandise.

    • Claim the artwork as your own.

  • For commercial use, a separate licensing agreement must be obtained.

Payments & Refunds

  • Digital Products: All sales are final. Due to the instant, digital nature of these files, no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be issued once files are delivered.

  • Physical Products: We accept returns or exchanges only in the case of damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence. Return instructions will be provided if applicable.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

Shipping (Physical Products)

  • We ship to the addresses provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring shipping details are accurate.

  • Estimated shipping times are not provided at checkout.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.

Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, designs, and files available on this site remain the intellectual property of JamesRPGArt.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or commercial use without permission is strictly prohibited.

Website Access & Availability

  • We reserve the right to update, modify, or remove content at any time without notice.

  • We may restrict or suspend access to the site for maintenance, technical issues, or security purposes.

Limitation of Liability

  • We make every effort to ensure product quality and accuracy.

  • However, we are not liable for:

    • File compatibility, software/device issues (for digital downloads).

    • Delivery delays, lost packages due to courier error, or customs issues.

    • Any damages, losses, or disruptions arising from the use of our products or site.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed under the laws of Vancouver, BC, Canada.
